Chief Executive Officer Scott Brennan leads Lexicon and guides the organization’s transformation into a world-class technology and services provider.

With his diverse, global business leadership background, Mr. Brennan is driving Lexicon’s strategy with a relentless focus on superior customer experience.

Before leading the Lexicon team, Mr. Brennan served as President and Chief Growth Officer of RoomIt by Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT). While there, he envisioned and led a multi-billion-dollar hotel distribution startup. Mr. Brennan was also the Executive Vice President and head of global supplier management for CWT. He was instrumental in the growth and eventual sale of Rocketmiles to Booking.com and has held senior leadership positions with companies such as GE and Hilton.

Mr. Brennan received his Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Tom Boster

Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer

Tom Boster is the Chief Financial And Operating Officer of Lexicon. He is responsible for directing and managing the company’s finance and accounting operations and oversees ongoing business operations.

A holder of Certified Public Accountant certificate and a Chartered Global Management Accountant with over 25 years of industry experience, Mr. Boster’s strong operations and project management skills are focused on software solutions, budgeting, and overall performance improvement, payor relations, and revenue cycle optimization.

Mr. Boster has a history of supporting and growing legal services. As the Chief Administrative Officer, he established the firm’s long term strategic plan and led the merger of multiple firms and new practice groups into HeplerBroom LLC. Additionally, he oversaw the Operations, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Accounting, Revenue Cycle, and Property Management functions of the firm.

As the Chief of Operations and Finance of the Mercy Cancer Care, a top-ranking cancer care facility in St. Louis, MO, he was responsible for operational and financial management and negotiated the sale and the successful transition from Mercy Cancer Care to the Mercy Health System.

Mr. Boster received his Bachelor of Arts degree in accountancy from Blackburn College in Carlinville, IL. and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

Jerome Elenez

Chief Marketing Officer

Jerome Elenez is an award-winning strategic marketing leader focused on enterprise growth. As the Chief Marketing Officer of Lexicon, Jerome oversees the marketing and sales teams, including strategy, customer research, digital, traditional marketing, public relations, communications, and account management.

An expert brand builder and leader in strategic marketing and communications for the past 20 years, Mr. Elenez has energized respected brands worldwide, including McDonald’s Corporation, the Dallas Cowboys, and the Dallas Mavericks through the use of breakthrough creative and media strategies that connect with customers.

Mr. Elenez was one of five CMOs recognized by D CEO, a monthly publication covering the Dallas–Fort Worth area, as one of the Most Powerful Business Leaders in DFW for 2020. He is also the recipient of a 2020 Clio Award for his work with augmented reality and campaign to stop childhood hunger. His work has been recognized with two DFW American Marketing Association Awards for the “Best Event Marketing Campaign” for Dirk Nowitzki’s final season and the home game with the Dallas Mavericks and “Best Branding” for the redesign & relaunch of the mavs.com website.

He is a graduate of the Southern Methodist University in Dallas with a Business Administration and Marketing degree. He holds an MBA in Business Management from The University of Texas at El Paso.

Mr. Elenez currently sits on the Advisory Board of the Saint John Institute in Englewood, Colorado, an entity focused on youth and young adults’ spiritual formation. Additionally, he has previously acted as a board member of the Dallas Independent School District Advisory Board and the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas.

Brad Paubel

Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer of Lexicon, Brad Paubel oversees operations within Lexicon’s IT infrastructure, services, project management, and development organizations.

Mr. Paubel is an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) expert with over 20 years of experience working in IT operations. He has a proven track record of developing service offerings while reducing costs through strategic team development and culture transformation.

He was previously employed in St. Louis, MO, by Maritz, a 1.2-billion-dollar technology company that offers corporate travel, employee incentives, market research, and brand development. Mr. Paubel held the roles of Vice President of Infrastructure Services and Vice President of Internal Customer Technologies. In these capacities, he led the initiative to design a comprehensive enterprise-wide technology strategy. Mr. Paubel is skilled at identifying process gaps, increasing security, and service offerings through strategy-driven solutions.

Lori Moser

Vice President of Strategy, Mergers, and Acquisitions

Lori Moser serves as the first Vice President of Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions for Lexicon. In this role, Ms. Moser’s responsibilities include executing strategic partnerships designed to enhance Lexicon’s future growth. Ms. Moser also ensures that Lexicon’s data science assets are augmented to transform insights into meaningful information to support decision-making that maximizes returns.

Ms. Moser has high-level experience in multiple markets, including manufacturing, industrial, consumer, and commercial. She previously served as a director at the R.L. Hulett & Company, Inc., an investment and banking firm in St. Louis, Missouri, where she focused on buy and sell side engagements for privately held businesses. She previously spent over 20 years with Emerson Electric, a Fortune 500 company based in St. Louis, where she held various business development leadership roles, including M&A, sales, marketing, and general management.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Southeast Missouri State University and holds a master’s degree in business, management, and marketing from Webster University in St. Louis.

Ms. Moser is on the Board of Trustees for the non-profit organization Our Little Haven that provides early intervention programs designed for children and families impacted by abuse, neglect, and mental/behavioral health issues. She also donates her time as a math tutor at Dewey Elementary School in St. Louis.
